Location: Perth, Australia; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients. Travel across Western Australia, nationally, and internationally is required. Applicants must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.

What you will do

• Undertake valuations of different property types for varied purposes.
• Manage multiple valuation projects and deliver work to deadlines.
• Travel for key client commitments across Western Australia, Australia, and internationally.
• Manage client relationships and provide expert valuation advice.
• Develop project approaches, methodologies, and tools for valuation programs.
• Build client relationships and expand the valuation portfolio.

Requirements

• AAPI membership with CPV qualification.
• Experience performing valuations.
• Project management experience.
• Availability for national and international travel.
• Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is advantageous.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
