Director, Property, Assets & Campus Services

Location: Brisbane South (Nathan), Australia; work across other hirify.global campus locations may be required. Mix of on-campus and work-from-home options is available.

What you will do

• Lead Property, Assets & Campus Services across planning, development, delivery, operation, maintenance and stewardship of the University’s property portfolio and built assets.
• Set the strategic direction for the integrated PACS function and translate University priorities into disciplined delivery.
• Oversee planning and development, environment and biodiversity, engineering governance and assurance, capital works delivery, and facilities and campus services.
• Strengthen service performance, governance, assurance and lifecycle asset outcomes.
• Lead the next stage of PACS integration and build a high-performing culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Extensive executive leadership experience across complex property, infrastructure, asset management, facilities or campus service environments.
• Experience leading and developing large, multidisciplinary teams while balancing strategic direction with operational delivery.
• Strong commercial judgement and an enterprise-wide perspective gained through consulting, contracting, construction, institutional property or related service environments.
• Ability to influence organisational strategy, manage competing priorities and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and diverse communities.
• Strong governance, assurance, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing and continuously improving policies, frameworks and governance practices.
