What you will do

• Prepare tenders and detailed pricing submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Manage tender documentation and submissions from start to finish.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to support tender delivery.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities that support business growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in construction estimating.
• Experience preparing tenders and pricing complex works.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience managing estimating processes independently.
• Background in specialist construction, remediation, concrete, or strengthening projects.
