What you will do
- Coordinate sustainability requirements, goals, and KPIs with CSR, Buying, Technical, Design, and external suppliers.
- Manage product and packaging data requirements, improving data quality, completeness, traceability, and reporting readiness.
- Contribute to supply chain traceability work in preparation for the Digital Product Passport.
- Support the adoption of preferred and lower-impact materials and develop ecodesign approaches across the product lifecycle.
- Monitor emerging sustainability and product legislation, translating requirements into practical business actions and guidance.
- Monitor chemical product testing and support sustainability-related product and packaging projects and communications.
Requirements
- Passion for sustainability and fashion, with a good understanding of materials and interest in product legislation.
- HBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s qualification in fashion business management, environmental studies, or a related field.
- Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and experience or interest in certification processes and data.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical actions.
- Ability to develop and implement clear processes, guidance, and ways of working.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
