Part-time Platform Operations (Partnered)

Location: Hybrid, based in or near Amsterdam, Netherlands. Availability for at least one weekend shift every week is required.

What you will do

• Support Partnerships Managers across countries with operational tasks.
• Assist the CX team with daily ticket-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve errors in SecureSwap and Sealed Integrations with the Product team.
• Contact partner ticket providers to resolve ticket issues.
• Create and monitor partner and SecureSwap events, ensuring accurate titles, categories, prices, images, and ticket validity.
• Track event changes and cancellations, prevent incorrect ticket uploads, and support aftersales issue resolution.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.
• Availability for 24 hours per week and at least one weekend shift from 10:00 to 18:00 every week.
• Ability to understand data, identify issues, prioritize tasks, and shift quickly between them.
• Interest in the event industry and commitment to an honest, transparent ticketing market.
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
