Site Manager (Offshore Wind)

Location: IJmuiden, Noord-Holland, Netherlands; offshore site operations with a 7-days-on/7-days-off rotational shift

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate daily offshore service operations to maximize wind turbine availability and performance.
• Manage site resources, including personnel allocation, vessel logistics, and tooling.
• Lead offshore wind technicians and promote continuous development and operational discipline.
• Enforce the Zero Harm safety culture and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage relationships with the wind farm owner, subcontractors, and port authorities as the primary operational contact on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent technical vocational qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in offshore wind operations, energy services, operations, or heavy industrial field service.
• At least 2 years of leadership or site management experience.
• Strong technical and operational expertise in offshore wind farm operations and vessel logistics.
• Availability for a 7-days-on/7-days-off rotational shift.

Nice to have

• GWO Basic Safety Training certification.
• VCA-VOL certification.
• Offshore Medical Certificate such as NOGEPA or ENG1.
• Knowledge of Dutch maritime and electrical safety regulations.
