Continuous Improvement Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage and develop business processes, work instructions, and training materials.
• Deliver hands-on process training and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives across SAP CS, Salesforce, OMS, and hirify.global’s CQP quotation system.
• Manage the FSL scheduling module and related time-registration tools, including Growteq and Pulsar.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing and regression testing, including incident registration and follow-up.
• Lead or support Motion Service projects and cross-business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree level (HBO+) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English are required.
• Experience with change management and organizational change.
• Ability to independently lead processes and projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills in complex organizations.
