Delivery Operations Manager

What you will do

• Own delivery network outcomes, including on-time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, and courier rejections.
• Manage the delivery network budget and identify cost optimization opportunities such as cost per order and onboarding costs.
• Configure and administer courier fees, incentives, utilization, assignment logic, and cost functions.
• Use statistical and predictive analysis to identify zone-level trends, make network decisions, and recommend improvements.
• Propose, lead, and evaluate network experiments with central analytics and optimization teams.
• Support logistics projects, new zone launches, operational escalations, and crisis management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with data and analysis tools.
• Experience owning budgets, including forecasting functions.
• Proven success driving operational targets, ideally in a digital-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, operations, technology, statistics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and critical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours on an exceptional basis during crises.
