What you will do

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advise clients on supply chain transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, logistics, and distribution challenges.
• Translate business requirements into practical, sustainable solutions and contribute to process improvement and change management.
• Support business development, proposals, customer presentations, and recruitment activities.
• Coach consultants, provide feedback, define SMART objectives, and manage onboarding, development, evaluations, and career planning.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management, operations, planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain transformation.
• Strong analytical thinking and consulting expertise.
• Ability to solve complex business challenges and build trusted client relationships.
• Experience or strong interest in coaching, people development, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance client delivery, business priorities, and people development.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
