What you will do

• Organize airfreight shipments from suppliers to end users while maintaining professional customer communication.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with airlines and manage local carrier relationships.
• Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation including AWB, CMR, and customs clearance paperwork.
• Handle timely billing processes, including invoice approval and customer invoicing.
• Monitor airline performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure service quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in airfreight logistics and export operations.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and international shipping documentation.
• Ability to manage procurement, rate negotiation, and carrier performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting shipping issues and managing complex logistics workflows.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
