What you will do

  • Coordinate airfreight export shipments from suppliers to end users.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with airlines and arrange timely bookings.
  • Prepare export and customs documentation in line with IATA, governmental, and company requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and global partners by phone, online channels, and email.
  • Control supplier invoices and issue accurate customer billing according to agreed rates.
  • Monitor airline and service-center performance, troubleshoot shipment issues, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and IATA dangerous goods requirements.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Accuracy, resilience under stress, and a collaborative working style.
