Bulk Marine Planner (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day bulk marine logistics execution, including vessel nominations, voyage execution, documentation, and new requests.
• Manage end-to-end material flows and optimize logistics operations for cost, service, and operational feasibility.
• Coordinate loading windows, technical specifications, safety standards, and documentation with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
• Resolve shipment execution exceptions and proactively address operational disruptions.
• Use SAP and logistics systems to maintain accurate transactions and support operational decisions.
• Advise business and functional projects as a bulk marine logistics subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBO-4, and/or an Associate Degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procure-to-pay.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating logistics service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computer applications, Excel, ECC, and VIP navigation.
• Ability to analyze marine logistics and performance data and resolve operational issues.
