Manager, Transport and Warehouse (Logistics)

Location: Brussels, Brussels-Capital, Belgium; hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

• Manage the Transport and Warehousing team in Belgium.
• Organize and monitor worldwide shipments across courier, road, sea, and air transport.
• Supervise warehouse activities, shipping dates, delivery requirements, proof of delivery, and transport invoices.
• Maintain and improve ERP-related transport processes and service-quality measurement mechanisms.
• Manage relationships with customers, forwarders, transport companies, integrators, and hirify.global offices.
• Investigate customs regulations and taxes, negotiate pricing and lead times, and support transport, customs, logistics, and audit projects.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in transport and logistics management.
• Leadership experience in multimodal and international operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in customs regulations, Incoterms, transport law, and logistics systems.
• Ability to design and audit complex transport frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of road, sea, and air transport, including regulatory, financial, operational, and strategic aspects.
