Delivery Station Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations at a large-item distribution center, including receiving, dispatch, sorting, loading, unloading, outbound processing, and goods handover.
• Schedule staff, allocate tasks, supervise on-site operations, and monitor work efficiency and operational quality.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and carriers, track delivery progress, and ensure timely completion of delivery tasks.
• Handle damaged goods, delivery delays, customer complaints, and other operational exceptions.
• Oversee site safety, equipment usage, and 5S management in line with operational standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs, optimize workflows, improve labor productivity and delivery efficiency, and support the station manager.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in distribution center, delivery station, logistics, or operational management.
• Ability to coordinate staff scheduling, task allocation, drivers, carriers, and on-site activities.
• Ability to monitor operational quality, delivery performance, safety, and KPIs.
• Ability to work on-site in Willebroek, Flemish Brabant, Belgium.
