What you will do

• Translate customer solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Gather and document business requirements, then design and build hirify.global applications.
• Train customers and co-build solutions so they can operate and maintain them independently.
• Lead or participate in user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Integrate source systems and support migration through connectors and APIs.
• Connect customer stakeholders with the product team and lead cross-functional methodology and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience structuring and validating high volumes of unstructured data.
• Ability to learn new domains, adapt to changing products, and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
• Fluent English required; French or another European language is advantageous.
