Production Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations to achieve throughput, accuracy, and efficiency goals.
• Plan and assign work, manage scheduling and attendance in Paycom, and conduct daily management meetings.
• Coach, develop, and hold teammates accountable to SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and company values.
• Partner with P&C, IT, Transportation, and other departments to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
• Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment, and operating procedures.
• Track performance metrics and drive enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or production.
• Hands-on supervisory experience; a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of time and attendance systems; Paycom experience is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data reporting, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs repetitively, and work overtime or weekends when needed.
