Yard Manager

Salary: CAD 85,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, develop, and coordinate yard employees while maintaining customer service and performance standards.
• Manage shipping, receiving, refurbishment, inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and stock yard workflows.
• Track KPIs, improve operating ratios, and optimize labour, equipment, materials, storage layouts, and forklift utilization.
• Oversee office, warehouse, and yard maintenance, repairs, vendors, contractors, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Enforce workplace health and safety standards, conduct inspections and training, and investigate incidents and near misses.
• Communicate operational progress and challenges with senior leadership and cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant exhirify.globalence in a warehouse, distribution centre, or rental yard environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership exhirify.globalence.
• Exhirify.globalence overseeing facilities management and day-to-day operations.
• Exhirify.globalence organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory and inventory records.
• Working knowledge of applicable provincial health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
