Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Châteauguay, Quebec, Canada; hybrid warehouse and office position with up to 5% domestic and international travel. Relocation may be considered.

Salary: $86,000–$120,000 CAD per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, shipping, and logistics while meeting customer demand.
• Plan schedules, assign deliveries, lead daily performance meetings, analyze results, and resolve operational issues with other departments.
• Manage employee hiring, training, coaching, performance, development, timecards, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high safety standards and oversee warehouse activities, equipment services, and facility needs.
• Route inbound and outbound freight, determine appropriate shipment methods, and negotiate freight-rate contracts with vendors.
• Improve workflow and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• At least 1 year of experience with SAP warehouse modules or an equivalent ERP system.
• Bilingual French and English verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience leading teams, preferably in a Quebec manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Quebec health and safety requirements and applicable employment legislation.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, and Outlook at an intermediate level, along with quantitative analysis, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• College degree or technical school certificate in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience managing department-level financial impacts on profit and loss.
