Branch Manager - Lafayette (Banking)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; in-office at the Lafayette branch

Base salary: $77,138–$128,563 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees in consultative selling, technology-enabled customer interactions, and financial solutions.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and manage the performance of branch team members.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build collaboration with internal partners to deliver seamless omni-channel banking experiences.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong people management, communication, decision-making, accountability, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Must work in-office at the Lafayette, Colorado branch; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
