What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, and operational activities for the branch.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production, service, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop new relationships.
• Drive referrals, internal partnerships, community relationships, and business development activities.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, branch resources, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Use banking technology and digital channels to identify customer sales and service opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, consumer and business lending, deposits, investments, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
