Pipeline Branch Manager - Regional Floater - Greater Massachusetts Market

Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America; branch-based role serving the Greater Massachusetts market.

Salary: $68,400–$120,300 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, operations, customer experience, digital engagement, servicing, and sales performance.
• Lead, coach, develop, and manage branch employees, including staffing decisions, performance reviews, promotions, and terminations.
• Drive retail and business banking sales, business development, outside calling, customer outreach, and community partnerships.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions, including independently processing Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Resolve complex account servicing and customer issues while coaching employees to reduce escalations.
• Maintain compliance, fraud prevention, security, risk management, audit, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and at least two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to coach teams, deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and communicate with customers and internal partners.
• Ability to use common PC and Microsoft Office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration requirements and complete required Business Banking Specialist and insurance licensing expectations.
