What you will do

• Manage complex client relationships, conduct client visits, and identify referrals for additional banking services.
• Coach, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers and other assigned staff, supporting development and policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements that enhance service, processing, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain administrative, operational, risk management, and internal control support for assigned business units.
• Manage staffing decisions, performance reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, and performance management.
• Monitor up to 5,000 accounts and typically oversee 5–10 staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of work leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, problem resolution, resource management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain regulatory standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and risk policies.

Nice to have

• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and industry-specific software.
