Project Management Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office and two days remote

Salary: $69,800–$125,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, budgets, deliverables, milestones, and issues against critical timelines.
• Research business issues, develop presentations, business cases, executive summaries, and project reports.
• Develop audit tools to identify errors in group setup and go-live processes for specific products.
• Evaluate projects for quality assurance and cost-effectiveness and support data selection for PBMs and external vendors.
• Create process flows and organize meetings and workshops to improve standard operating procedures and project alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience involving independent work and judgment.
• At least three years of project management experience with large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions and managing multiple complex projects.
• Experience researching issues using databases or systems and delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to travel, including overnight stays.

• Lead, consulting, or supervisory experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or related products.
• Experience supervising project teams or personnel.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health or pharmacy benefits and products.
