hirify.global is offering a temporary-to-permanent opportunity supporting payroll and accounting operations.

What you will do

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Review deductions, taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support payroll reconciliations, internal controls, audits, and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, controls, and payroll taxes.
• Experience with payroll software and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in Hanover, MD.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP.
