HRIS/HCM Consultant

Location: Remote within Florida, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, or Tennessee

Salary: $71,000–$115,000 annually, plus incentives

What you will do

• Administer and maintain core HRIS platforms, including workflows, permissions, integrations, and data integrity.
• Manage performance and engagement platforms for goals, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Lead HCM implementations, system configurations, change management, module rollouts, and upgrades.
• Build automated workflows and translate People team process needs into system designs.
• Own HR reporting, audit readiness, dashboards, and workforce planning data.
• Implement and optimize core HR practices, including onboarding, employee relations, policy development, and compliance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering and implementing HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on administration of a core HRIS such as HiBob, Dayforce, or Rippling.
• Hands-on administration of a performance or engagement platform such as Lattice.
• Strong systems thinking, integration troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.

Nice to have

• HRIS or performance platform certification.
• Experience working in a lean, fast-scaling environment with high ownership expectations.
