Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process administration.
• Recruit for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels and tools.
• Maintain accurate job postings, candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and candidate information in ATS and CRM systems.
• Communicate with candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers and onboarding, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
