Linehaul Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States; onsite five days a week at the FedEx location

Salary: $21.37–$36.72 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily linehaul field operations and assignments.
• Support dispatch activities and operational processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with different audiences and collaborate in a team environment.
• Apply transportation concepts, procedures, and applicable DOT regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatch is preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work productively in a team.
• Knowledge of linehaul operations and transportation regulations, including DOT regulations.
• Software skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Dispatch experience.
