Air Export Agent (Night Operations)

Location: 425 Valley Drive, Brisbane, California; must be local. Monday to Friday, 21:00–06:00.

Salary: USD 22.00–30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely air export shipment processing.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and trace shipments.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers, service providers, and government agencies.
• Prepare accurate client billing and resolve billing disputes.
• Ensure SOP, KPI, company policy, and external regulatory compliance.
• Complete cross-training and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute and touch 10-key proficiency.
• Dangerous Goods certification and required compliance certifications.
• Strong understanding of export compliance and general airline or logistics operations.
• Ability to adapt to change, work efficiently in high-stress situations, and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, APIs, integrations, data structures, and system architecture.
• Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Experience developing automations, applications, or digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or working in logistics, finance, operations, or enterprise shared services.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related technologies.
