Logistics Transportation Specialist (Logistics)

Location: 580 Opperman Dr, Eagan, Minnesota, USA; onsite role. Position hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.

Salary: USD 22–24 per hour, with potential bonus eligibility after the first year of continuous employment.

What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio and coordinate transportation bookings, deliveries, and schedules.
• Track and trace truck shipments across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
• Enter accurate and timely shipment data, documentation, billing, and system updates.
• Communicate with customers, receivers, internal teams, and service providers to coordinate cargo deliveries into the Minneapolis market.
• Report delays, solve delivery challenges, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
• Meet company, US compliance, operating procedure, and KPI standards.

Requirements

• Two years of logistics experience or equivalent training.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Eagan, USA, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday–Friday.
