Location: Onsite in Mesquite, Irving, or Arlington, Texas; work at the hirify.global location five days a week. Some travel is required.

Salary: $17.74–$31.15 per hour

Federal Express Corporation operates a fleet maintenance organization supporting company-owned equipment and transportation operations.

What you will do

• Assist the Regional Manager with invoice processing, cost tracking, inventory control, and repair outsourcing monitoring.
• Monitor company trailering and switching equipment.
• Conduct or monitor inspections of company-owned and approved equipment.
• Support compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and company brand standards.
• Monitor Business Controls Self Audit compliance and assist with process development.
• Engage with station, district, regional, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• No prior experience is required.
• Software skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Time management, organizational, data tracking, and prioritization skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Mesquite, Irving, or Arlington, Texas.
