Senior Project Manager, Laboratory

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin or Reading

What you will do

• Act as the main sponsor contact for central laboratory services and coordinate clinical study inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review protocols and amendments, coordinate Clinical Laboratory Worksheets, and communicate requirements across laboratory and clinical CRO departments.
• Create and maintain study Project Management Plans, study files, monitoring documentation, and archiving activities.
• Monitor study budgets, timelines, shipment requests, sample storage activities, data verification, and overall study progress.
• Prepare management reports, support ICOLabs and iSite systems, and represent hirify.global at investigator, kick-off, governance, and bid defense meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members while escalating project management issues to senior management.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, customer management, or account management role within a life sciences organisation.
• Relevant project management experience in a clinical-trial service area such as IVRS, clinical supplies packaging and distribution, medical imaging, data management, or electronic data capture.
• Experience managing technical services across multiple clinical trials, including protocol amendments, laboratory configurations, trial reconciliations, sponsor or regulatory audits, investigator meetings, and bid defenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Dublin or Reading.
