Project Co-ordinator (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead Simple Custom projects from initiation through closure, including requirements definition, scope alignment, resource coordination, delivery, and revenue recognition activities.
• Maintain accountability for project quality, compliance, customer and business requirements, governance, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and global project stakeholders throughout the custom development lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Teams.

• Experience using Smartsheet.
