Lead Product Designer (Insurtech)

Salary: $119,030.52–$150,000.00 annually, plus bonus and/or commission eligibility

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product experiences within a business vertical or product portfolio.
• Design and evolve complex workflows for diverse user personas while considering ecosystem-level impact.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and data teams to define problems and deliver scalable solutions.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, discovery, prototyping, testing, and insight synthesis.
• Facilitate workshops and present design decisions to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex or regulated domains such as fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience designing thoughtful, end-to-end workflows that solve complex problems.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, communication, and storytelling.
• Ability to engage directly with users and customers, iterate quickly, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and demonstrated use of AI to support discovery, prototyping, and insight generation.
• A portfolio or website link, including a password if needed, must be included in the resume.
