Trade & Customs Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Saalfeld, Thuringia, Germany; hybrid working model with up to two remote working days per week

What you will do

• Support daily import and export compliance activities across EMEA.
• Prepare and review customs documentation and import/export filings.
• Monitor customs, trade, and regulatory compliance through data checks, transaction reviews, and basic audits.
• Maintain internal procedures and documentation, including support for AEO, REX, and IPR authorizations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, internal stakeholders, and customs authorities.
• Contribute to regional projects, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience or exposure to customs, logistics, or international trade is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working style, reliability, and willingness to learn complex regulations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment.
• Fluent English and essential German; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and interest in global operations and compliance.
