e-Builder Consultant

Location: Remote in the United States; travel may be required up to 25%, with possible in-office client work.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and deliver a high level of service.
• Maintain, configure, and support the reliable operation of client e-Builder project management databases.
• Manage implementation schedules and custom reporting solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training, including training content and materials.
• Promote software adoption by identifying and addressing user barriers and resistance.
• Lead change management, invoicing process implementation, and integrations between e-Builder and client financial systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of e-Builder experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States and travel up to 25% when required.

Nice to have

• Construction industry experience related to business processes or project management.
• Data center construction experience.
• Technology industry experience with software implementation and administration.
• Customer service experience related to software support.
• Experience with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, Procore, Newforma, or e-Builder.
