Senior Consultant (Ellucian Student)

Location: Remote in the UK (GB), with travel to customer locations as required.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and upgrade consulting services for hirify.global Student and Banner Student.
• Partner with higher education customers to understand institutional objectives, processes, operational challenges, and transformation priorities.
• Guide SaaS transformation initiatives and support customer adoption, operational effectiveness, and value realization.
• Manage delivery dependencies, risks, root-cause analysis, governance, and implementation quality.
• Advise executive, project, functional, and technical stakeholders while collaborating across internal teams.
• Improve implementation methods and tools, use AI-enabled capabilities responsibly, and mentor other consultants.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of practical experience with hirify.global Student and the higher education sector.
• 3+ years of implementation and upgrade experience with hirify.global products or comparable enterprise ERP/SIS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Banner Student, student administration processes, consulting, facilitation, and presentation.
• Experience identifying delivery risks, solving complex problems, conducting root-cause analysis, and managing competing priorities.
• Experience coaching or mentoring consultants and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Curriculum, Finance, Statutory Returns, and Assessment & Progression processes.
• Interest in delivery analytics, automation, and AI-enabled implementation tools.
