Professional Services Associate (SaaS)

What you will do

• Deliver implementation projects and drive customer success and value realization on the platform.
• Follow project plans, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and risks proactively.
• Build financial models that optimize and improve clients’ existing processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients so they can use the platform effectively.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to develop feature innovations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning or EPM platform such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment, or a similar solution.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly and communicate with senior finance stakeholders.
