Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL / Remote with hybrid work options

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance the platform for acquiring, processing, enriching, and delivering customer data.
• Develop full-stack solutions across data ingestion, ETL, big data systems, APIs, and web and mobile applications.
• Build internal and client-facing tools integrated with AI models.
• Ingest, normalize, and transform large volumes of data.
• Write clean, readable, testable code and address routine and complex technical challenges.
• Automate repetitive processes and collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teammates.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of some of Java, Python, React, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and graph databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI integration tools.
• Ability to communicate about features and technology within a specific domain.

Nice to have

• Consumer packaged goods industry experience.
• Experience with or interest in test-driven development, automated deployment, and pair programming.
