Sr. Analyst, Compensation

Location: Universal City, California, USA. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, competitive assessments, and pay analyses for a broad range of roles.
• Support compensation planning, salary administration, reporting, data validation, and program governance.
• Partner with HR, HR Operations, and HR Technology teams on compensation recommendations, systems, job architecture, and pay administration.
• Prepare compensation communications, presentations, and educational materials for employees, managers, HR partners, and senior leadership.
• Monitor market, industry, and economic trends and provide recommendations on compensation program effectiveness.
• Support employee recognition programs by analyzing participation and effectiveness and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Experience with compensation programs, market pricing, salary administration, incentive compensation, or compensation analytics.
• Experience with compensation survey data, HRIS platforms, compensation systems, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modelling, reporting, and validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, discretion, and attention-to-detail skills.
