Solution Architect - SCP IT (SAP IBP/Snowflake)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States; limited domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Provide onsite technical expertise and advanced production support for SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI capabilities, and SAP CIDS.
• Troubleshoot planning, forecasting, and inventory-management issues, including root cause analysis.
• Design, support, and optimize integration architecture across supply chain planning and enterprise systems.
• Translate supply chain business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate delivery with offshore IT resources.
• Maintain data models, interface specifications, operational runbooks, and other technical documentation.
• Review system performance and recommend improvements to scalability, performance, interoperability, and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing, data modeling, and supply chain analytics.
• Experience designing and supporting complex system integration architectures.
• Functional understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with global, matrixed teams using Agile and ITIL-based delivery methodologies.
