SAP Delivery Architect

Location: Remote in the United States, with a structured daily overlap window with US-based stakeholders.

Salary: $147,000–$212,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own functional and architectural direction across several concurrent customer engagements.
• Translate customer business outcomes into deliverable solution designs and manage trade-offs, scope, effort, and risk.
• Orchestrate functional, technical, and data workstreams while partnering with customer architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI agents, and Technical Program Managers.
• Define, measure, and improve customer adoption, building customer-side advocates and eliminating workarounds.
• Shape early customer and partner opportunities and provide delivery insight to go-to-market teams.
• Feed field findings into Product and contribute domain expertise to improve the Tessera platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation with a strong SAP foundation across multiple process areas.
• Experience designing across finance, supply chain, and order management, with solid integration and data architecture knowledge.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise solutioning and pre-sales through delivery, including scope, approach, effort, and risk.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements, hold senior client-facing discussions, and make evidence-based staffing decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written business English with strong presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Experience working in a distributed delivery model with daily overlap with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience across ERP, CRM, HCM, or SCM suites beyond SAP.
• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA transition paths, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition.
• Experience with AI, automation, or RPA tooling in enterprise delivery.
• SAP Activate experience across multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA programs.
• Portuguese or Spanish; German is a plus.
