What you will do

• Define technology strategies, architecture, and multi-year roadmaps for HR Talent Transformation and workforce technology portfolios.
• Lead architecture direction for Workday and related enterprise HR platforms.
• Align technology investments with business priorities by partnering with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineers, security teams, and vendors.
• Drive application portfolio rationalization, modernization, consolidation, and cost optimization.
• Govern enterprise architecture standards and solution patterns across applications, integrations, data, AI, security, and cloud platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on technology decisions while mentoring architects, engineers, consultants, and application owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or technology leadership.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps, architecture strategies, and modernization plans for enterprise applications.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Human Resources, Workplace Services, corporate functions, and large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft technologies, cloud architectures, data and analytics ecosystems, or digital experience platforms.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, intelligent automation, workforce analytics, and enterprise technology standards.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
