Senior/Commercial Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid work with locations in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Romania, and Bulgaria; the business is based in Dublin

What you will do

• Manage low-scale customer projects up to €40M across the full lifecycle through final acceptance.
• Drive installation and commissioning projects in line with Project Excellence Standards, customer requirements, financial reporting guidelines, and legal and tax guidance.
• Manage milestones, budgets, quality, project forecasts, cost monitors, books, and records.
• Set up and maintain project and quality management plans, including the handover from proposal and sales to execution.
• Build customer relationships, manage expectations, resolve issues, and clarify targets and requirements.
• Assess contracts, negotiate change requests, and identify and mitigate claims, risks, and non-conformance costs.

Requirements

• CPM qualification or equivalent project management experience, or an accountancy qualification.
• Proven experience managing low-scale projects in the energy sector, particularly installation and commissioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies used in project management and project execution.
