Junior Project Engineer (Mechanical)

What you will do

• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings for customer projects using CAD software.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, project checklists, and related documentation.
• Design bespoke mechanical components, including hydraulic flange fittings, in line with mechanical integrity and safety standards.
• Collect project requirements and provide technical support for high voltage monitoring solutions.
• Act as a technical contact for customer inquiries and assist with troubleshooting project design issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other departments to deliver project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably Solid Edge, including 2D technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a professional engineering environment.
