Vendor Relations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; remote work with up to 10% travel required

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage upfront third-party evaluations and ongoing relationships with delegated healthcare partners.
• Schedule regular account meetings, manage agendas, document discussions, and prepare minutes.
• Create SLA performance dashboards and reporting with delegated entities.
• Communicate regularly with delegated-entity leads and coordinate plan requirements internally.
• Direct, monitor, and contribute to complex projects involving delegated Care Management and Utilization Management entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments for care management services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience supporting work with Primary Care Providers.
• Account management experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Ability to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities.
• Availability for up to 10% travel.
