Sourcing Executive (Clinical/Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office. Office locations include Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; and Centennial, CO. Willingness to travel is required.

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and contracting strategies that reduce spend and improve operational efficiency.
• Draft and redline contract terms under the direction of senior sourcing staff and Legal.
• Prepare supplier negotiation materials, summarize issues, and contribute to negotiation discussions.
• Collect and analyze market, supplier, and sourcing data to support strategy development.
• Assist with RFP creation, distribution, bid collection, and initial evaluations.
• Coordinate supplier communications and support amendments, renewals, pricing validations, and contract updates.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in clinical healthcare, MedSurg, or pharmaceuticals is required.
• Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support.
• Strong analytical, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to work three days per week in one of the listed US offices and willingness to travel.

• Degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
