Principal Product Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $182,100–$290,900 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC. The role may also include equity awards.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a critical product area.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization.
• Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.
• Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and improve features, user journeys, and platform capabilities.
• Present product strategy to senior leaders, build consensus, and manage risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience with technology products.
• Substantial experience leading complex consumer or platform products at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and use data to shape strategy, prioritize trade-offs, and iterate after launch.
• Experience driving organization-level product strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring product managers or cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
