Technology Strategy Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. The role requires 25% travel.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise technology strategy engagements focused on opportunities, disruptions, and growth across hirify.global’s businesses.
• Develop strategic perspectives and roadmaps for AI, robotics, sensing technologies, and application development.
• Translate emerging technologies into business implications, investment priorities, executive recommendations, and actionable delivery pathways.
• Assess markets, use cases, ecosystems, business models, technology maturity, partnerships, and competitive advantage.
• Build business cases and investment theses covering market potential, customer value, financial impact, capabilities, and execution risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with business units, Digital, Information Technology, engineering, advanced research, and corporate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 10 or more years of progressive experience in technology strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, product strategy, digital transformation, engineering leadership, venture investing, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of AI, robotics, sensing technologies, and application development.
• Experience developing strategic alternatives, actionable roadmaps, financial and commercial analyses, and technology-enabled growth opportunities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage senior leaders, and communicate complex technology topics in clear business language.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or doctorate in a relevant business or technical discipline.
• Experience in strategy consulting, technology, industrial corporations, venture capital, or corporate strategy.
• Experience with industrial technology, autonomy, connected assets, advanced analytics, digital platforms, energy systems, or software-enabled services.
• Experience assessing technology partnerships, acquisitions, venture investments, or new-business opportunities.
• Strong external networks across technology companies, research organizations, investors, industry experts, and ecosystem partners.
