People Transformation & Change Director (HR Change Management)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Regular work from a BCG office or in person with clients is generally expected, typically around 50% of working time, depending on business needs and local policies.

What you will do

• Lead organizational change initiatives across BCG’s Global Businesses and Functions People Team, supporting more than 6,500 employees and 4,000 contingent workers.
• Translate evolving business and people needs into practical change approaches and support implementation through sustainable outcomes.
• Develop recommendations, structure project plans, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and monitor implementation progress.
• Analyze challenges and barriers to change, recommend actions, and adapt plans as business needs evolve.
• Partner with HR, operations, systems, data, analytics, leadership, and regional and country HR teams to coordinate delivery.
• Prepare decision-ready materials and facilitate discussions and working sessions to align teams, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant consulting, HR, or organizational change experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience delivering complex, global organizational change initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to develop clear, practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills across diverse teams and audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential topics with discretion, care, and professionalism.
