Global Process Owner (gn) - Logistics

Location: Elsdorf, Lower Saxony, Germany (hybrid); regular on-site presence at logistics sites is required.

What you will do

• Define and own global end-to-end logistics standards covering goods receipt, warehousing, fulfilment, returns, and scrapping.
• Translate business requirements into target concepts across WMS and SAP S/4HANA, working with technology counterparts.
• Establish PO and goods receipt clearing logic, including tolerances, partial deliveries, and variance handling.
• Implement inventory accuracy, cycle counting, adjustment, and returns disposition processes.
• Govern internal warehouse sites and external 3PL partners, including interfaces, SLAs, and performance management.
• Track logistics KPIs and drive change adoption across Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, warehouse operations, and 3PL partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, and inventory management within FMCG, food, or dietary supplements.
• Experience managing both owned warehouse networks and 3PL-operated logistics operations.
• Hands-on WMS experience and working knowledge of SAP MM and SD logistics execution integration.
• Strong knowledge of goods receipt and PO clearing, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and reverse logistics.
• Experience with cross-functional process design, change management, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English and good German skills required; regular on-site presence at logistics sites expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud logistics transformations involving MM, SD, or EWM.
• Experience with carrier or freight management.
