Team Lead Vendor Operations

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and unite approximately 10 professionals from Procurement and Finance.
• Define and communicate the team mission, vision, and priorities.
• Ensure reliable and compliant Accounts Payable and operational purchasing activities within the Purchase-to-Pay process.
• Monitor operational performance, prioritize workloads, and maintain service delivery against agreed targets.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support organizational change, transformation activities, and the implementation of the new operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement operations, Accounts Payable, Finance operations, or a comparable transactional environment.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating people with clear leadership responsibility.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital business applications.
• Experience in an international or shared-services environment.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
